I am just about to start making my first cigar pen. Up until now I have only made slimline pens. So I was particularly interested in the assembly. I must mention your procedure is exactly the the same as mine except I do not use the final polishing paste at the end. Maybe I will try that too. Thank you.

This looks amazing! Just confirming you are working with Baltic Birch not standard Birch ply. Does the Baltic have a thicker veneer?
